Spacious and calm

The site covers 7.000 m2 and is surrounded by a high fence. Ideal for children and dogs. The swimming pool provides cooling and fun without the risk of children falling in unseen.

The large open barn offers shade and a wonderful place to enjoy a really extensive Italian meal at a long table. The pizza oven is even next to it!

Spigno Monferrato

By a nice forest path you can walk to the village in 15 minutes for fresh bread. There are two little supermarkets, two restaurants and a pub. There is an active village life and there are regular theater performances and films. The village is historically known as a resting place along the “salt route” from Savona to Turin.

The house Spigno Italia is located on a plateau above the village which can be reached by road (3km) or on foot in 15 minutes.

In the area

Spigno Italia is located just outside Spigno Monferrato. The village provides you with all your daily amenities. A large supermarket is a 20 minute drive away (Cairo Montenotte). In the vicinity you will find a multitude of leisure activities, beautiful nature, but also old cities (eg Acqui Terme) with a rich culture and history.
